I LOVE IT!!! i forgot how much in enjoyed lifting weights. This is a top rate Gym. The staff is very friendly, everyone is nice. Proper equipment. They have everything to get a total body workout. It is 2 minutes from my house and is opened 24 hrs a day which is awesome. IT IS SUPER CLEAN and the staff do a first rate job of keeping it that way. Im looking forward to getting back in shape and enjoy each visit.
I love New Life Gym. The atmosphere is great, the people are friendly the staff is great. I also love how people leave their ego at home. No one is in the gym to make fun or put others down everyone always has a kind word for each other. If your looking for a well stocked gym with plenty of equipment and knowledge staff. I very highly recommend New Life Health & Fitness Gym.
New Life is great! The facility is big, never over crowded like some gyms in the area, well maintained, memberships are less than $1 per day, and they have BRAND NEW equipment!! Nate, the head trainer, is excellent! I've worked out most of my life and he impresses me with his knowledge on exercise science and nutrition every time I talk to him. Ever since I first visited New Life I knew it was the gym in Wilkes for me!

This is a great gym. It meets everyone's needs from the ones that want to lift hard to the ones that just want to do cardio. They also have some great classes to get you into shape like kickboxing, zumba, and much more. The staff is top of the line, always willing to help with anything you need and very friendly. If your in need of a personal trainer to help you with your workouts and diet than you can talk to Nathan Neely. He is the head trainer at New Life Health & Fitness Gym and knows how to get you to your goals and meet them I know from experience. So if your looking for a good friendly gym than this is the one.
New Life is the best gym in the area. The facility is nice with new equipment and extremely helpful staff. Nate is the personal trainer there and he is always willing to help and answer questions. Also enjoy the new Zumba classes! It is definitely the gym to go to!
